Shanghai Hongqiao Economic & Technological Development zone United Development Co., Ltd. (SHUDC) is a Shanghai-Hong Kong joint venture approved by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of the People's Republic of China on Dec., 31, 1984. The company undertakes the overall development and management of the Hongqiao Economic & Technological Development Zone. Approved by municipal government, SHUDC is one of companies that can provide foreign consultations and is a real estate enterprise. 从事开发区市政公用设施的开发。负责开发区内土地的使用管理。以独资、合资、合作等多种形式投资经营工商企业、从事房地产经营。兴建并出租办公楼、公寓住宅。兴建并经营旅馆、餐厅、商场、文体娱乐、交通运输和其它服务性企业。办理本公司和区内企业的有关进出口业务为投资者介绍区内兴办企业的合资、合作对象和其它委托代办业务。包括在有关法律、法规设定的代理权限内从事相应的企业法人登记事务。即开业（设立）登记、变更登记、注销登记、年检等。并提供企业登记事务咨询。
Undertakes the development of municipal public facilities and in charge of the land utilization and management in the zone. To handle business in real estate with our own investment or in the forms of joint venture and contractual joint venture, such as the setting up and renting of office buildings, apartments and residential buildings, the building and management of hotels, restaurants and shopping departments, and the establishing of recreation facilities, transportation and other service industries. To handle import and export business for our company and the enterprises in the development zone, to recommend participants for foreign investors in setting up joint ventures or contractual joint ventures in the zone and to handle business entrusted by clients. On behalf of the client, to handle relevant enterprise legal person registration procedures within the limits as prescribed by law, that is open registration, change registration, cancellation registration, annual check and etc., also provide consultation service on enterprise registration.
